Pilates Fusion

Pilatesfusion is a fun twist on the classical Pilates.

Its a combination of kettlebells , yoga , strength training,  Pilates reformer and Pilates wunda chair work  performed to dance music for a fun and very affective workout .

We aim to not only improve your physical health ,performance and appearance but your mental health too .

You will always leave class feeling happier and more energized .

Pilates Fusion is for any age group, gender, beginners, moms, kids, models or professional athletes.

We tailor make your class according to your fitness levels and personal goals i.e weight loss, toning, strength, flexibility, rehabilitation, ex safely during pregnancy, improve your athletic performance, kids core and posture .

A lot of Hollywood stars, athletes and models use Pilates as their go to exercise as it tones, shapes and strengthens the body without adding “ bulky muscle “.

Conventional weight training can often leave you feeling restricted and muscle bound. The muscle built is not functional as apposed to the muscle and strength gained in Pilates.

It is a phenomenal addition to take any athlete to the next level

Our Experts

Michelle

I studied dance all my life and
Matriculated from the National school of Arts, Drama, Ballet and Music .
After school I pursued my passion as a dancer and danced  professionally locally as well as  abroad for many highly acclaimed choreographers .
I always had  a love for the fitness industry and in 1999 became a Reebok personal trainer as well as step, body conditioning, Kata box accredited teacher.
In 2007 I discovered my love and passion for Pilates after attending classes for the rehabilitation of severe dancing injuries and noticed the change in my body conditioning and shape .
After completing my studies I decided to combine the best of all worlds of dancing, yoga, boot camp, Pilates and so Pilatesfusion was born .

Phoebe

With a background of ten years in dancing and performing, Phoebe is passionate about movement. Recently, she added yoga as another form of movement to her skill set. Phoebe studies Hatha yoga at the Shakti Yoga Centre from February to July of 2018 and is now a qualified instructor. This new dimension of movement has inspired her to find balance between the body and mind and to help others find theirs
